How to prevent back pain during computer work?
In the present scenario all are busy with their busy schedule and don’t even have a little time to relax. Back pain is very common today. No one including the person who suffering with back pain is not considering it as a serious issue. All are thinking that I’m handling with computer all the day and of course back pain is just a part of my work and nothing serious about it. But we can avoid this back pain simply by knowing how to sit in front of a computer. There are some tips for you
- Ensure that your screen is level and directly in front of you; gaze directly at it.
- Use an adjustable chair
- Relax your shoulders and arms at your sides.
- Be sure your arms are parallel to the floor.
- Ensure that your hips are higher than your knees
- Place a rolled towel wedged against your buttocks for support
- keep your feet flat on the floor or slightly under your chair
- use a wrist pad
- keep the mouse close and do not reach while using it
